Rufus Hamilton,a well known worker at Hamilton’s Grocery has passed away suddenly at 58.
The family is devastated by his sudden passing due to an aortic aneurysm.
Hamilton was a big hockey fan. He loved spending time in his shed that was lined with hockey merchandise.
Hamilton left a huge impact on the community. He had been at Hamilton’s Grocery on St. Thomas Line for nearly two decades.
His brother and owner of the store, Leo Hamilton, says it is a “great loss” to his family. He say hundreds of customers have been coming to the store to say how much they will miss him.
A Few people have placed flowers outside the store. That means a lot and shows how much customers cared and what Rufus meant to them.
