The St. John’s area received yet another load of snow last night, but that should be it for the time being.
Meteorologist Rob Carroll of the Environment Canada Gander Weather Office says between 12 to 15 centimeters of snow fell in the metro region overnight.

He says there is about 127 centimeters on the ground, including what was there before the storm.
About 90 centimeters fell over the weekend, with 78 centimeters from the blizzard.
Measuring 18 cm of total snow from last night through this morning in #GanderWest, with 12 mm of water content.

However, Carroll says this should be a good week for cleanup.
He says the storm system has pulled offshore and there may be a few flurries today as temperatures cool down. Carroll says the rest of the week will see a mix of sun and cloud with the odd flurry, but no accumulation.
