Eastern Health is working to try to bring services back to normal once the State of Emergency is lifted.
The health authority is focusing on urgent and emergent services for today and Thursday, and is reaching out to patients to inform them on whether procedures, surgeries and appointments are going ahead.
Missed appointments are being rebooked and patients are being contacted with new appointment times.
