Some ten km of the T’Railway along the shore in CBS remains closed and the extent of damage still being assessed following the January 17th blizzard.
The town says the west end of the trail remains closed from Delaney’s Road to Indian Pond Place.
Rick Noseworthy is the President of the Avalon Trailways Association. He says the damage is extensive and will take a coordinated approach to assess and repair.
He says it will take time to get a true picture of how much damage is done and what it will take to repair.
