Two metro area men have been arrested and charged following the seizure of one kilogram of cocaine.
RCMP arrested 31-year-old Joel Power of St. John’s and 24-year-old Isaac Davis-Power of CBS yesterday on charges of trafficking in cocaine.
Police received information February 21st of a suspicious package. An investigation led to the search of a St. John’s residence on Monday.
The two men were arrested at the home and appeared in court today on charges of trafficking and possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine.
Both men have since been released to return to court April 16th.
