A guy who had virtually no credentials for being on the highway decided to really push his luck by putting the pedal to the metal. He got caught.

The RNC pulled over the 36-year-old man in the area of Team Gushue mid-afternoon yesterday and ticketed him not only for speeding but failing to transfer vehicle ownership, having an expired registration and a false sticker, and not bothering to get insurance.

The vehicle today sits in an impound yard.
