A 34-year-old man was arrested after breaking into an apartment building in the capital city yesterday.
Police say they were called to the building in the center city area just after 8:30 yesterday morning.
The man was arrested and has been charged with break and enter, possessing break and enter tools, possessing a weapon dangerous to the public, and breach of court orders.
He was held for court.
