Monday’s heavy snowfall means yet another reset for snowclearing operations in the city of St. John’s.
LynnAnn Winsor, Deputy City Manager of Public Works, says this winter has been a cycle of clearing the snow and beginning widening operations, only for more snow to fall and crews being sent back to square one again.
Despite the constant barrage of snow, Winsor says the city is pushing on.
It has been a challenging winter but they are moving as quickly as they can.
