It has been a lucky weekend for a couple of people who bought lottery tickets in one St. John’s neighbourhood.
Last night’s Lotto 649 draw saw a $100,000 prize awarded to someone who bought a lottery ticket in the Goulds.
Similarly, a $228,000 ticket was sold for Friday night’s draw, and was one number shy of the $30-million jackpot.
