A traffic stop in the capital city’s west end led to an escalating series of charges against a belligerent driver.
Shortly after 8:00, Sunday morning, RNC pulled over a vehicle on suspicions that the driver was impaired.
However, when the driver was asked for a breath sample, the 27-year-old man refused. Then, he allegedly assaulted the officer.
