A person who was arrested two days ago for refusing to follow rules to self isolate after travelling outside the province has been arrested yet again.
The RNC first confronted her in Corner Brook Tuesday afternoon, charging her after she refused to comply with officers’ request to go home. Then, at about 6:00 this morning, RNC saw her walking up the street in the area of Woodbine Avenue in Curling. They arrested her without incident.
The 53-year-old has been charged not only with failing to comply with a health protection order but for breaching a release order.
She remains in custody at the Corner Brook Detention Centre.
