The English School District could have more to say this week when it comes to how students will be graded for the current year.
The COVID-19 outbreak has forced the indefinite closure of schools across the province and officials admit this is uncharted territory.
Students aren’t expected to return to class before the end of the current school year, leading to plenty of questions about what happens next.
Director Tony Stack says while all students will move on to the next grade level, or graduate, the finer details on grading are being worked out, with an update sometime this week.
Chair of the School District’s Board of Directors, Goronowy Price, says they’ve been doing what they can to support staff.
