The price of gas is predicted to go up tomorrow.
George Murphy with the Consumer Group for Fair Gas Prices says gasoline will increase by 3.5 cents a litre.
Heating and stove oil are going to drop by 3/10ths of a cents, and diesel will drop by 1.1 cents a litre.
Oil steadied near $32 a barrel on Wednesday, supported by hopes of a call tomorrow between nations outside of OPEC to discuss the idea to implement oil production cuts for at least three months from May to July.
In a teleconference call, Canada will be asked to institute its own round of cuts to stem the bleeding to the industry and help support oil prices in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The US, Norway, Canada, Britain, and Brazil are among the countries asked to take part.
