A 29-year-old man was arrested and charged following a disturbance in the city’s east end yesterday afternoon.

RNC were called to a report of an assault around 2:45.

They arrested a suspect at the scene and charged him with assault, uttering threats and resisting arrest.

He was held in custody overnight for a court appearance.
