The provincial government is set to announce some relief for a number of local industries suffering in these difficult times.
The province announced $6 million dollars in fee deferrals for local business on Friday to help free up cash flow as retailers and others prepare to reopen.
The minister responsible for Service NL, Tom Osborne, says more relief is coming for the tourism, oil and gas, and mining sectors which have been hit hard by the pandemic.
He says those announcements are due in the coming days and weeks.
