The Tories are accusing the provincial government of giving a company a sweetheart deal to use the Bull Arm Fabrication Site.
PC Natural Resources Critic David Brazil is demanding an update on the status of the site, which falls under the domain of Nalcor.
Brazil says ExxonMobil leased Bull Arm last year for $26-million, which equates to $2.1-million per month.

Brazil claims to have information that government now has entered into a contract with a new tenant for just $20,000 per month. Brazil also says various warehouse areas and lay-down areas will be accessed by the rig companies, free of charge.
DF Barnes entered into a lease agreement for Bull Arm last year to do work on the Transocean Barents, prompting a protest from Trades NL. The union accused the company of trying to break the union.
