As of Wednesday, the town says visitors will be allowed to take to the beach, as long as they adhere to public health and safety guidelines.
Signs have been erected to inform the public of proper safety protocol. The town also advises that washroom facilities are not available on-site.
Outer Cove Beach remains closed for the time being.
