A 16-year-old is facing charges after an ATV collided with a pickup in South River earlier this week.
Bay Roberts RCMP say the ATV struck a pickup while attempting to cross the road Monday afternoon.
Three people were taken to hospital including two people in the pickup and the driver of the ATV. They were treated and released.
The ATV was seized and the driver ticketed for operating an unregistered vehicle and operation of an ATV on a highway without insurance.
