The capital city is making a few changes in preparation for Alert Level 3, which comes into effect on Monday.
The City of St. John’s says as of 4 p.m. Friday afternoon, all dog parks will open.
Registration for recreation summer programs begins 7 a.m. on June 11, but all municipal outdoor sports fields in St. John’s will remain closed until further notice.

Bulk garbage and metal collection will resume July 6 with details to be announced in future.
The City says further announcements are expected on Metrobus and Go Bus, recreational programs outdoor pools and splash pads, sports fields and other city offices and facilities.
