Not all province’s are “cannabis-friendly” but according to a recent ranking Newfoundland and Labrador is voted the best.
Good Supply posted an article on Canada Day ranking which province’s are more accepting of cannabis by price, consumption habits, retail, public consumption options and rules on growing.
The article says the province allows home grows, boasts more stores per capita than most of the country and more than 1 in 5 residents reported using the substance in the past three months.

Memorial University’s School of Pharmacy researchers are asking the public for feedback on purchasing cannabis in the province.
Their research, funded by the Canadian Institutes for Health Research, will gather what factors influence how people buy cannabis.
