Charges are pending against two men for their alleged involvement in a break and enter in the capital city on Sunday morning.

RNC received a report of an active break and enter at a centre city business at around 11:30 a.m.

Officers located and arrested two men—aged 33 and 28. However, the men allegedly resisted arrest, and an officer was reportedly assaulted.

A list of charges is pending, including break and entry, possession of a stolen vehicle, assaulting a police officer, and resisting arrest.

One of the men was wanted on an unrelated arrest warrant.

Both were held for a court appearance this morning.
