The provincial government is set to make a funding announcement this afternoon at the Aquarena in St. John’s.
The facility announced it would not be able to reopen its pool, earlier this month, due to financial strain and public health measures.
Premier Andrew Furey will be joined by Minister Bernard Davis, MUN representatives, and members of the local aquatic community.
