RCMP are still on the hunt for a man from the Southern Shore who they say is actively avoiding arrest.
36-year-old Dwane Maher, who often frequents the Carbonear area, is from Mobile. He failed to appear in court on September 23.
Maher faces a number of charges including assault and uttering threats.
