Virtual town halls are continuing this week as part of Health Accord NL’s public engagement and consultation process.
Health Accord NL states that Newfoundlanders and Labradorians have the worst health in the country, yet as a province, we spend the most on health care.
They are seeking all opinions, hopes, and ideas about how the province can change the delivery of health toward becoming a healthier place to live.
The sessions are free and open to the public. An online engagement session for people in the Corner Brook, Deer Lake and Gros Morne area is set for 7:00 p.m. tonight.
Tomorrow night’s town hall will be for those in the Stephenville, Burgeo and Port aux Basques area.
