A dump truck carrying scrap metal overturned outside the entrance to Robin Hood Bay in St. John’s.
Debris can be seen scatted over the road in the area.
Police say the driver took the turn too fast, and the weight in the back shifted causing the vehicle to tip over.
The man, who was on his way to the dump when the truck overturned, did not sustain any serious injuries.
⚠️ADVISORY⚠️ Access to @CityofStJohns Robin Hood Bay Landfill and Recycling will see delays while officers work to resolve an accident involving a large truck. Traffic Services indicate the delay could last approximately an hour. Updates to follow. #nltraffic #YourRNC
