The Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Appeal Court have both announced that temporarily suspending operations in the St. John’s metro region.
The Court of Appeal will be closed for the coming week, and all matters scheduled to be heard during the week of February 15 to the 19 will be adjourned.
Matters will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, normal operations are being suspended at the Supreme Court of NL for the week of February 15 to the 19.
Trials, hearings, and conferences have been adjourned for that period unless otherwise advised.
Meanwhile, the registries in the St. John’s General Division will also be closed for next week.
