Two staff members with the City of St. John’s are isolating after testing positive for COVID-19.
The staff members, one at City Hall and one at the Municipal Depot, are isolating along with other staff members identified as close contacts.
Mayor Danny Breen says no employees who are part of the current outbreak have had direct contact with the public in any of their facilities.
He says staff members who are able to do so, have made arrangements to work from home.
