Western Health has cancelled all appointments for routine bloodwork and routine medical imaging services.
Urgent laboratory services will still go ahead at all outpatient blood collection centres and appointments will go ahead for patients already scheduled for INR, transplant blood work, or chemotherapy blood work.
For outpatients needing emergency bloodwork, a healthcare provider or physician must call or email to arrange an appointment.
As well, emergency medical imaging services will go ahead as scheduled.
Western Health is asking anyone with questions about the status of their appointment, to call 1-833-703-5470.
