The consultant’s report regarding the sale of Mile One stadium will be released next week.

The City of St. John’s is making the KPMG report available to the public on Monday, March 1.

KPMG was contracted in late 2020 to outline factors for the board to consider if they decide to explore the sale of Mile One.

In January 2021, the Board of St. John’s Sports and Entertainment completed their review of the report and forwarded their recommendation to Council.

Councilor Jamie Korab broke the news earlier today at the weekly council meeting. He says the report will be released next Monday during the council meeting, where he’ll briefly address the findings.
