Passengers on Air Canada Flight 8996 from Halifax to St. John’s on Thursday, February 25, are asked to arrange for COVID testing.
Arrange testing through the province’s online self-assessment and referral tool or by calling 811.
Meanwhile, a live COVID-19 briefing is scheduled for today.
Premier Andrew Furey, Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Janice Fitzgerald, and Health Minister Dr. John Haggie are expected to attend.
Today’s briefing follows what has been a week of single-digit case counts and a slew of recoveries.
