A 21-year-old man has had his licence suspended and his vehicle seized following a dramatic rollover accident on a residential street in Happy Valley-Goose Bay on the weekend.
RCMP were called around 5:30 Saturday afternoon to a report of a possible impaired driver who struck a vehicle.
While en route, police received a second call that a car had rolled over on White Crescent.
The driver suffered minor injuries in the crash. A blood sample was collected and police are awaiting the results to determine if impaired driving charges are warranted.
In the meantime, the driver was issued a seven-day driving suspension and his vehicle was seized.
Anyone with further information is asked to contact RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
