We should be seeing some decreases in the price of fuel tomorrow.
George Murphy of the Consumer Group for Fair Gas Prices predicts that gas will go down by two cents a litre, diesel almost two cents a litre, and heating and stove oils by about a cent-and-a-half.
The Public Utilities Board will set the new price schedule at midnight tonight.
Price changes for Thursday, May 27th, 2021: Heating and stove oil to drop 1.5 cents a litre. Diesel to drop 1.8 cents a litre. Gasoline shows a drop of two cents a litre. Canadian dollar gains against the US greenback. US-Iran deal said to be close. Could add more oil. #nltraffic
