Memorial University has released Transforming Our Horizons—its strategic plan that will take the institution through the next five years.
President Vianne Timmons says the plan is centered on five strategic themes including dynamic research, proactive programs, inspired learning, commitment to communities, and promotion and pride.
The specific focus is on people and place, which Timmons calls the university’s “not-so-secret weapon.”
“We’re looking at literally changing the culture of the university,” says Timmons.
