A Placentia Bay company has been awarded a $6.3 million dollar contract to carry out road and bridgework on the Trans Canada in central Newfoundland.
The contract includes repairs to the South Brook Bridge, the Grand Falls-Windsor West and pedestrian overpasses, and other repaving and culvert replacement work.
Drivers should expect delays in the area of South Brook and Grand Falls-Windsor while work is underway.
