Public Health is reporting no new COVID cases in the province today.
There has been one new recovery in the Central Health region, leaving 16 active cases. That includes 12 people on board the Iver Ambition at anchor in Conception Bay.
All crew on board are isolating on the ship and Public Health says there is no risk to the community. The ship and crew are following Public Health orders as directed by the Public Health Agency of Canada.
Meanwhile, the province has marked yet another milestone with its rollout of COVID-19 vaccine.
Premier Andrew Furey tweeted that over 500,000 doses have been administered across the province as of yesterday.

Over 80 per cent of eligible residents have gotten their first dose of vaccine, while just under 23 per cent have also gotten their second shot.
Government is aiming to have at least 50 per cent of residents with two doses by mid-August.
