A judge has sentenced Philip Pynn to time served for his latest run-in with the law.
Pynn was arrested early last Sunday morning and charged with breaking curfew conditions in his release.
He was expected to seek bail yesterday but instead pleaded guilty, was sentenced to time served in custody since Sunday, and set free.
It was the third time Pynn was arrested since returning to the province in December.
He still faces theft charges and other alleged breaches of court orders when he returns to court next month.
