The mayor of Mount Pearl is seeking another term.

Dave Aker launched his campaign for re-election Wednesday night at St. David’s Park.

Aker has been Mayor for four of his 12 years on council.

He’s up against Roy Locke, who announced his intention to run for Mayor earlier this week.
