A local arborist says the recent property damage done to trees during Hurricane Larry proves the importance of keeping mature trees properly pruned.
Lead arborist at Snow and Mow in St. John’s, Taro Foley Tanaka, and his team have been kept busy clearing away broken trees and limbs.
He’s dismayed with the level of damage, but is taking the opportunity to stress the importance of proper pruning, especially those trees that are close to other structures.
