A pet supply store is thanking the good will of a man towards the local pet population, following a generous purchase for local charities.

According to a social media post by Pet Valu, a pet supply business located on Kelsey Drive in St. John’s, a man came into their store on Saturday and bought a large quantity of cat food that will be donated.

To illustrate just how much food was purchased, a photo shows two employees, one of whom is perched on a ladder, holding the receipt, which stretches well beyond the height of the two ladies.

The store thanks the man for the kind gesture.
