There are no COVID updates scheduled to be released by the province today due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

The update, set to be released tomorrow, will include any cases recorded over the long weekend.

On Friday, the province reported its 11th death due to COVID-19, as well as eight new cases and three new presumptive positives.

The updated numbers will be released tomorrow at 2 p.m.

And COVID-19 vaccination clinics across the Eastern Health region are closed today due to the Thanksgiving holiday. That includes the walk-in clinic at the Village Shopping Centre in St. John’s.

All clinics will reopen tomorrow following their regular schedules.
