RCMP have charged a man from Makinsons with a number of sexual offences against a number of young people.

Twenty-one year-old Austin Dixon was arrested on the weekend after a month-long investigation but has since been released on a number of conditions.

Among the charges are seven counts of luring a child, five counts of making sexually explicit material available to a child, multiple counts of sexual interference, sexual assault, extortion, forcible confinement and invitation to sexual touching.

RCMP in Bay Roberts suspect there are additional victims, and they encourage them to come forward and make a report.
