There has been an accident in the cloverleaf area of the TCH/Pitts/Manuels Access.
The crash appears to have occurred on the Mount Pearl side near Ruth Avenue.
As a result, inbound traffic from Conception Bay South is backed up as far as Fowler’s Road.
