The province is reporting four new cases of COVID-19 today.
Two of the cases are in the Eastern health region, and there is one each in Western and Central.
One case in Eastern and the case in Central are under investigation, while the other case in Eastern and the case in Western are related to travel.
There have been 11 new recoveries, leaving 53 active cases in the province.
The number of hospitalizations due to the virus has dropped to nine, with four in critical care.
Meanwhile, the province won’t be releasing any COVID-19 numbers over the weekend, which means the next advisory on case numbers will be on Monday at 2pm.
The next live COVID-19 briefing will be on Wednesday, October 20th, at 12:30pm.
The earlier start time is due to the House of Assembly being open.
