Tim Hortons restaurants in Central Newfoundland are grinning ear to ear as they have surpassed their previous record of Smile Cookies sold.
All proceeds of the Smile Cookies go towards local charities, with restaurants in Lewisporte, Grand Falls-Windsor, and Bishop’s Falls raising just under $34,000 for Lionel Kelland Hospice. They broke their previous record by more than 10 per cent.
Lionel Kelland Hospice will be a community-based residential hospice that will offer care to patients and provide families with support.
