Glovertown RCMP are advising boat owners in the area to secure their outboard motors after a recent theft in Traytown.
Police say a motor, attached to a boat docked at the wharf in Traytown, was stolen sometime between October 18 and the 20.
Its one of a number of outboard motors stolen from the area over the last month. The most recent case involves a Suzuki 15 horse power outboard motor with camouflage wrap covering the top or head of the motor.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Glovertown RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
