Well known story teller and folklorist Dale Jarvis is looking for people willing to tell some spooky stories of their own as he opens the phone lines on VOCM this evening for the Halloween Haunted Hotline.

Jarvis has written a number of books of haunted tales collected from around the province.

He’s hoping people will call in this evening between 6 and 8 p.m. to share some scary tales from their own communities or stories that have been passed down in their family.

He says he’d love to hear stories about the Old Hag, mystery lights or figures or faeries. He jokingly calls it “Open Line for the Undead.”
