The multi-year water and sewer project that has affected commuters on one of the capital city’s busiest commercial roads has finally come to an end.
Public Works lead on St. John’s city council, Sandy Hickman says the trunk storm sewer construction on Kenmount Road officially wrapped up yesterday with line painting.
Hickman says the work was a few days longer than scheduled, but within budget.
