For the first time in over four months, Newfoundland and Labrador will see gas prices dip below $1.50 per litre.
That’s the prediction from Dan McTeague, gas analyst and president of Canadians for Affordable Energy, who expects the price to go down by 3 1/2, maybe even four cents, come midnight tonight.
Reductions in price are unique to Atlantic Canada this time around says McTeague.
Prices went up four cents today elsewhere in Canada but not in the Atlantic Provinces.
