RCMP in Channel-Port aux Basques are investigating a residential break-in that netted the culprits a sizeable amount of property.
Police say the break-in occurred at a home on the main road in St. Andrews between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 2nd while the homeowner stepped out for a short while.
The suspect or suspects forced their way into the home and stole items including a laptop, a large quantity of jewellery, an undisclosed amount of cash and a quantity of alcohol.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
