A body has been pulled from the Waterford River in Mount Pearl.
Around 4:30 p.m. Monday afternoon, officers responded to the Topsail Road area near Mary Queen of the World and located a man who was confirmed to be deceased.
The RNC Criminal Investigation unit has been engaged. They are working with the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death.
